Ingredients
  

Basic Coffee:

  • 1 cup hot water about 200°F / 93°C

  • 2 tablespoons milk cream, or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Step 1: Brew the Coffee

  • Use your favorite method:
  • Drip Machine: Brew 1–2 cups as usual.
  • French Press: Add ground coffee to press, pour hot water, stir, and steep for 4 minutes. Press slowly.
  • Pour Over: Place grounds in filter, slowly pour water in circles to extract.

Step 2: Customize (Optional)

  • Stir in your preferred sweetener.
  • Add milk or cream for richness.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or drizzle with vanilla for flavor.

Step 3: Serve

  • Pour into your favorite mug.
  • Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa or cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Grind beans fresh for maximum aroma and flavor.
For stronger coffee, use more grounds—not longer brew time.
Add a pinch of salt to reduce bitterness if needed.
