For the Chicken:
- 2 medium chicken breasts or 2 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic Butter:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional
Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar, Monterey Jack
- Optional fillings: baby spinach tomatoes, red onions, pickles
Prepare the Chicken:
