Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 medium chicken breasts or 2 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional

Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar, Monterey Jack
  • Optional fillings: baby spinach tomatoes, red onions, pickles

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Slice or cube the chicken breasts. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

Make Garlic Butter:

  • In a small pan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in chopped parsley (if using). Remove from heat.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread 1 tbsp garlic butter over each. Layer with shredded cheese, cooked chicken, and any optional fillings. Roll tightly like a burrito.

Grill the Wraps:

  • Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and golden, with melted cheese inside.

Serve:

  • Slice in half and serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, chipotle mayo, or garlic aioli.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to cut down prep time.
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy version.
