- ¼ cup 60ml vegetable oil or melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure mint extract not peppermint

- ¾ cup 130g semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup 60g powdered sugar, for rolling
