Ingredients
  

For the Cake:

  • 2 ½ cups 310g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • ¾ cup 170g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup 200g granulated sugar
  • ½ cup 100g brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 240g mashed ripe bananas (about 2–3 bananas)
  • ½ cup 120ml sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups 270g semisweet or dark chocolate chips

Optional Chocolate Glaze:

  • ½ cup 120ml heavy cream
  • 4 oz 115g semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter optional, for shine

Instructions
 

Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour a Bundt pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Cream Butter & Sugar

  • In a large bowl, beat butter with both sugars until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes). Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in vanilla.

Add Bananas & Sour Cream

  • Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until just combined.

Combine Wet & Dry

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet batter and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Bake

  • Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
