Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Freeze for 15 minutes while preparing the filling.

Make the Creamy Filling

  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy. In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully combined.

Assemble the Layers

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Top with cherry pie filling or your homemade cherry topping.

Freeze

  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serve

  • Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Cut into squares and serve chilled. Optional: top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
