Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pizza sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package mini pizza crusts or 1 batch pizza dough divided into 6 small rounds
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano optional
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ½ cup assorted toppings pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, peppers, etc.
  • Olive oil for brushing edges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare the base: If using dough, roll into 6 small circles. If using pre-made crusts, place them on a baking sheet.
  • Add sauce: Spread about 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each crust.
  • Top with cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  • Customize: Add your favorite toppings.
  • Season: Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  • Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before slicing or serving whole.

Notes

Mini pizzas are incredibly versatile. You can even make them gluten-free by using a GF base or keto-friendly with cauliflower crusts.
