Tortilla pizza is a fast, easy, and delicious way to satisfy your pizza cravings with minimal effort. Using a flour tortilla as the crust, it bakes up ultra-crispy and can be topped with all your favorite ingredients in under 15 minutes.

- 1 large flour tortilla 8–10 inch
- 2 –3 tbsp pizza sauce see recipe above!
- ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your choice of toppings:
- Pepperoni sliced mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, red onions, fresh basil, etc.
- Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the tortilla directly on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a slight edge.
Sprinkle with cheese and add your chosen toppings.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve immediately.
Best enjoyed fresh and crispy.
