  • 3–4 lbs pork spareribs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Season ribs with salt and pepper.

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until ribs are tender and pull-apart soft.
