Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (or coconut milk for vegan option)
  • 1 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate for richness)
  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter (or vegan butter substitute)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or almond/peppermint for a twist
  • ½ cup candy corn coarsely crushed
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate

  • Use a double boiler (or bowl over simmering water) to melt the butter and chocolate chips gently. Stir until smooth. Avoid direct heat.

Step 2: Mix in Sweetness

  • Remove from heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until silky and uniform.

Step 3: Add Candy Corn

  • Gently fold in crushed candy corn. Don’t overmix — some texture is the goal!

Step 4: Set & Chill

  • Pour fudge into a greased 8×8 inch pan. Smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

Step 5: Decorate & Slice

  • Once set, slice into squares. Garnish with more candy corn, melted white chocolate, or edible glitter for Halloween magic.
