Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium grapefruit thinly sliced (rind on or off, as preferred)
  • 6 –8 fresh mint leaves optional
  • 6 –8 cups cold filtered water or use sparkling water for a fizzy twist
  • Ice for serving

Instructions
 

Slice Ingredients:

  • Thinly slice cucumber and grapefruit. If you prefer a less bitter infusion, remove the grapefruit rind before slicing.

Combine in Pitcher:

  • Add cucumber, grapefruit slices, and optional mint leaves to a large pitcher.

Add Water & Chill:

  • Pour in 6–8 cups of cold filtered water. Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.

Serve:

  • Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh cucumber, grapefruit wedges, or mint sprigs if desired.
