- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice or 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp paprika optional
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan optional, for topping

Combine Ingredients:
