Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or heat the grill to medium heat.
  • Slice sausage into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
  • For oven: place sausage on a baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • For grill: place sausage on grill and cook for 10 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
