- 300 g ribeye or sirloin steak sliced
- 300 g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 150 ml beef broth
- 100 g Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Heat oil in a skillet and sear steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
Sauté onions in the same skillet, then add garlic, smoked paprika, and oregano.
Stir in beef broth and simmer, then add heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
Return steak to skillet, mix in pasta, and add Parmesan.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
