Ingredients
  

  • 300 g ribeye or sirloin steak sliced
  • 300 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 150 ml beef broth
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and sear steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  • Sauté onions in the same skillet, then add garlic, smoked paprika, and oregano.
  • Stir in beef broth and simmer, then add heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Return steak to skillet, mix in pasta, and add Parmesan.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
