Ingredients
  

  • 2 croissants fresh or toasted
  • 2 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1-2 tomatoes sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze or vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly if desired.
  • Layer the mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil on the bottom half of the croissants.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Place the top half of the croissant on the sandwich and enjoy.
