Ingredients
  

  • 4 large croissants
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh berries
  • Maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice croissants in half.
  • Whisk together custard ingredients.
  • Soak croissants in custard.
  • Arrange in a baking dish and pour remaining custard over.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Serve warm with toppings.
