Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds ripe tomatoes or 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Instructions
 

  • Blanch and prepare tomatoes.
  • Cook pasta until al dente.

  • Add tomatoes, simmer, and season.
