Ingredients
  

For Hot Brew Method:

  • cups strong brewed coffee chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 –2 teaspoons sugar or syrup optional
  • ¼ cup milk or cream or any dairy-free alternative

For Cold Brew Method (Overnight):

  • ½ cup coarse ground coffee
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice
  • Milk cream, or sweetener as desired

Instructions
 

Method 1: Quick Brew Iced Coffee (5 Minutes)

  • Brew 1½ cups of strong coffee (double strength if using hot brew).
  • Let it cool slightly or chill in the fridge for faster results.
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour in chilled coffee.
  • Add milk/cream and sweetener to taste.
  • Stir and enjoy immediately!

Method 2: Cold Brew Iced Coffee (Overnight)

  • Combine ½ cup coarsely ground coffee with 2 cups cold water in a jar or French press.
  • Stir, cover, and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours.
  • Strain using a fine mesh or coffee filter.
  • Pour over ice and add milk/sweetener to taste.

Notes

Cold brew concentrate lasts up to 1 week refrigerated.
Store simple syrup or sweet cream separately for quick mixing.
