Ingredients
  

For the Red Layer:

  • 1 box 3 oz strawberry or cherry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water

For the White Layer:

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin like Knox
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Blue Layer:

  • 1 box 3 oz blue raspberry or berry blue Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions
 

Make the Red Layer

  • In a bowl, dissolve red Jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup cold water.
  • Pour into your serving dish or cups.
  • Refrigerate until fully set, about 1.5–2 hours.

Make the White Layer

  • Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water in a small bowl. Let sit 5 minutes.
  • Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve.
  • Stir in sweetened condensed milk (and vanilla if using).
  • Let cool to room temp (about 15 minutes), then gently pour over the red layer.
  • Chill for 1 hour or until firm.

Make the Blue Layer

  • In a clean bowl, dissolve blue Jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup cold water.
  • Let it cool slightly before pouring over the white layer to avoid mixing.
  • Chill for 2 hours or until fully set.

Decorate (Optional)

  • Top with whipped cream, berries, or festive sprinkles just before serving.

Notes

Allow each layer to set completely before adding the next to keep layers clean.
Pour slowly over the back of a spoon to avoid splashing or mixing layers.
Let gelatin cool to room temp before pouring over a previous layer.
