Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Heat the pan.
  • Whisk flour and salt. Combine eggs and milk, then mix with dry ingredients. Add butter.
  • Pour batter into the hot, greased pan.
  • Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, then at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and avoid opening the oven door during baking.
