Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of thinly sliced roast beef
  • 4 sandwich rolls or slices of bread
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: leafy greens tomatoes, caramelized onions, cheese slices

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, sour cream, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the sandwich rolls.
  • Spread horseradish cream on the bread, layer with roast beef, and add optional toppings.
  • Assemble the sandwich and serve.
